Maravilha Farms is a subsidiary of the Reiter Affiliated Company group and a member of the Lusomorango grower's organization. Founded in 2007, its primary focus is the production of raspberries and blackberries. Currently, it operates in 7 different production units across two regions: Zambujeira do Mar and Tavira.

The Vale do Caranguejo farm, located in the Tavira area, was established in 2012 and now covers 11 hectares under tunnels. Its production system is entirely hydroponic, with a main emphasis on blackberry production during the winter and early spring, taking advantage of the mild winter climate and the high levels of sunlight in the region.

Due to water scarcity in both regions (Zambujeira do Mar and Tavira), all Maravilha Farms operations are equipped with water recirculation systems, where water drained from the plants is treated and reintroduced into the irrigation system for reuse. The Vale do Caranguejo operation features a unique system that treats the drained water with ultraviolet light, allowing for an annual savings of 20 to 25% in water sourced from the Eastern Algarve Irrigation System."
