Registration Conference participants

Date: November 20^th to 22^nd, 2024
Venue: Hotel Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort, Portugal

All-inclusive fee for the conference on-site 999,00* € per person
the fee includes the following services (exclusive of VAT and accommodation):

conference at 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. and the "welcome" dinner at 7:30 p.m. on 20^th of November 2024
conference at 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., a sightseeing-tour at 5:00 p.m. and the "networking" dinner at 8:00 p.m. on 21^st of November 2024 in the mercado of Loulé
the excursion on 22^nd of November 2024, 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

*Should it be cancelled due to force majeure (especially pandemic, widespread forest fires, ...) on site, the conference will be held ONLINE. No further claims for damages can be made due to the cancellation of a conference on site. See General Terms and Conditions point E.1. and E.2.
